C1 Advanced Online Training:

This course will prepare you for the CAE examination in December. To join the course your English should already be at the level required in the exam, ie at least Abitur. The training will concentrate on the exam format and on the various tasks you have to deal with in the exam. Come prepared to work intensively on targeting your reading, writing, listening and speaking skills with feedback in the lessons as well as doing regularly additional exam preparation at home.

Cambridge English C1 Advanced (CAE) Exam (paper-based):

Saturday, 6.12.2025 (written components approx. 8:30 - 14:00 + speaking test in the afternoon)

C1 Advanced offers a high level qualification to those wishing to use English for academic or general professional purposes. There are tests of reading comprehension, command of vocabulary, structure and spelling, writing (e.g. letter, essay, report), listening, speaking (pair interview). Cambridge English Qualifications

The examinations test your spoken and written English, your understanding of authentic reading and listening texts and your knowledge of vocabulary and grammatical usage. Our preparatory courses normally start in September or February and participants can take the examinations in Nürnberg in November/December or May/June. There is no obligation to take the exam. The courses will help you to be more confident about English grammar, and develop your skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
