In this session, we’ll dive into the traditional preparation of gorditas jarochas – puffed corn patties filled with a hearty bean mixture. You'll learn how to prepare a proper masa dough, fill it, shape it into flat rounds, and deep-fry it until the gorditas puff up and turn perfectly crispy. Once fried, we’ll top them with spicy salsa, fresh cheese, and creamy sour cream – just like in the streets of Mexico. A fun, hands-on introduction to one of Mexico’s most beloved street foods.
