In this summer course you will learn about the long existing cooking traditions of Korean temple cuisine, the philosophy and principles behind cooking. You will also make two simple tasty dishes that help lower body temperature, which is especially helpful on hot days. The first one is a vegan cucumber lettuce version of the popular Korean dish Bibimbap (mixed rice). The second dish is eggplant chilli pancakes, incredibly delicious when eaten with a vinegar spicy soy sauce vinegar dip.
What to bring with you: towels, aprons, sharp knives and food containers.
