The aroma of fresh basil and mint, the sound of bread crust cracking, the sparkle of olive oil in the sun… Step into a warm Greek kitchen where recipes are more than instructions – they are memories shared over generations.

In this interactive, hands-on class, we will cook together beloved traditional recipes that have been passed down for generations and discover the secrets of Greek cuisine through an authentic gastronomic experience.

Together, we will chop, knead and season, turning fresh local produce into vibrant dishes such as crisp Greek salad, golden spanakopita and tender stuffed vegetables.

While the food simmers, stories will unfold – of villages by the sea, Sunday family feasts, and the joy of gathering around a table. Then, we will sit together and enjoy the feast we have created, accompanied by wine or ouzo and tsipouro, laughter and the spirit of Greek filoxenia (hospitality).

This is not just cooking – it is living Greece, one bite at a time!

•Spetzofai – Sausage and peppers in tomato sauce (meat)

•Hilopites with Chicken – Handmade pasta with chicken (meat)

•Tsipouradiko Meze – Small seafood dishes with tsipouro (fish and sea food)

•Karydopita – Walnut syrup cake (vegetarian)

•Halvas Farsalon – Caramelized semolina halva (vegetarian)
