Kursleitung Amira Watfa

Born in Erlangen, Germany, Amira Watfa studied English and American Studies at FAU before completing a Master’s degree in English Literature and Culture. After several years of working in hospitality, she decided to pursue her passion for teaching English and completed the Cambridge CELTA course.

Amira is deeply passionate about the English language and especially enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for English literature and culture. Her experience working with people has helped her develop an open-minded and empathetic teaching style. She believes that learning a language is not only about grammar and vocabulary, but also about gaining confidence and finding your own voice in the classroom.

In her classes, Amira creates a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where students can speak freely, make mistakes, and ask questions. Individual development is important to her.

Outside the classroom, Amira enjoys reading, especially fantasy novels, going to concerts, and spending time with her partner in her hometown Fürth.
