Being a part of the suburb Wöhrd the area between Rennweg and Rechenberg is a relatively young part of Nuremberg. However, there are many interesting stories to tell and a lot of interesting buildings to see. Between beautiful Art Noveau buildings and old castles you will hear surprising things about German thought in Nuremberg and see one of the best viewpoints in Nuremberg.

Irene Ramorobi: English teacher in practice; historian at heart. Irene grew up in Nuremberg, studied history, specialising in Bavaria and Franconia, and has spent over 20 years teaching English at the BZ Nuremberg, giving tours and lectures.
