B2 First Writing - Online Training (FCE):

This online training will prepare you specifically for the Writing component of the B2 First paper-based exam in the middle of May.

The Writing component of a Cambridge English exam is that part of the exam that is most difficult to prepare for independently. This comprehensive online course, taught by an experienced English trainer, offers targeted preparation for the Writing part of the B2 First exam. In five 90-minute online lessons the instructor will guide you through the specific requirements of each text type, ensuring you are thoroughly equipped to excel in this exam component. He will correct your own practice texts according to the Cambridge guidelines and give you valuable tips for your own text production.

To join the training your English must be at level B2, which is required in the exam. You will work intensely on essays, articles, emails/letters, reports, and reviews. Register and cohesive devices will also be considered. In the course of the training you will receive feedback and valuable tips on two answers per each possible task type, i.e. a maximum of 10 texts.

The course fee of 165 € is based on 3 or 4 participants, however, the course can generally also take place with fewer or more participants. Once you have registered, we will contact you with more information regarding potential price adjustments.

The general level of the exam is close to "Abitur" although different tasks are involved. There are tests of reading comprehension, vocabulary and structure, writing, listening, and speaking (pair interview).
